Simply measure your watch's width attachment to determine the needed pins or many manufacturers will have that information regarding band width sizes and lug sizes online.
The Pin works by having an inside spring that pushes out the ends to make the pin hold onto the watch very well.
Quick Release Lever makes it very easy to quickly install and remove your bands straps for repair or to make adjustments.
To Determine the Correct Pins:
-Measure the width between the watch lugs at the point where the watch band attaches.
-This would also be your watch band's attachment width.

How to Install and Remove Pins:
Remove Old Pin from the Band.
Insert the Pin into the designated Quick Release Pin Slot.
Push Pin all the way to the left to make sure you can insert the top of the pin within the slot.
Push in the Top of the Pin within the Pin Slot and then slide the pin all the way to the right so you can center the pin, making it visible on both sides of the band .
To Remove the Pin you can simply perform the steps in reverse order and easily remove the pin.
